Qdoba franchises don't get much advertising support and Chipotle has a substantial awareness head start, so Qdoba asked for ideas to help close the awareness gap. And they had no money to spend on media.
Qdobas in Charlotte have one huge advantage over Chipotle, they serve booze. They also have great happy hours that they unfortunately don't really promote, so we created El Beerito Sixer. A container that holds beer, burritos, and also serves as a hand held moving billboard for having a good time at Qdoba.
